Makes 10 plump, crimped ravioli, each measuring 2” wide.
Durable, high-quality plastic mold and solid-cast, thick metal cutting frame.
Uniform size and shape ensure that each ravioli will cook evenly.
Lay the second pasta sheet on top, pressing them together with the flat of your hand.
Use a rolling pin to press the pasta sheets together, creating perfectly crimped ravioli.
Turn the metal frame upside down to release the ravioli.

I make tons of ravioli for Christmas. I bought this a year ago and made a ton without problem. This year I made all the dough like normal and started pressing the raviolis only to notice all the metallic coming off on the dough raviolis making them grey. All that work and I had to throw some away and make do with the one tray that wasn’t doing this yet. I’m furious. Two uses and the trays are ruining my dough!!!! So much work to have a little tray malfunctioning so easily.

I love to make homemade raviolis, and this helps and makes that easier. Spraying it first before setting the first piece of dough on to it as the one reviewer mentioned definitely helps it come off at the end easier 😀
