These are just the right size cutting Pasta.Wood Handles ergonomic in holding / pressing to cut Pasta.Metal frame / cutting edges. NOT PLASTIC !!! Big thumbs up.Small enough overall for easy storage.

I enjoy making pasta and I usually use a ravioli mold to make ravioli. I thought it might be good to try a different way to make ravioli so I got this set.What I do like is that they are easy to use. You fill the pasta then use these to cut them out. On my first try I wasted a lot of dough. You really have to plan ahead and be sure you can fill them close together but not overlap. This is not something you have to think about when you use a mold.I would have liked if the cutters were sharper. I had to do a lot of moving around for them to cut all the way through. The round cutter is really small and I probably would not use that one much.
