Very easy to assemble. It arrived at sundown and I literally finished the assembly outside in the dark.I moved the finished cart closer to a light for the picture.Shelves have holes that fit over short stubs on the posts. This keeps the stress on the screws/bolts significantly lower. The bolts also have reinforcing square clips that keep from crushing the tubing with the bolts.Casters are larger than on other similar products.Shelf spacing is adequate for most serving containers/pots/dishes.I'm very satisfied with this product and have no issues recommending it.

RECEIVED ITEM IN A UNDAMAGED BOX.HOWEVER UPON INSPECTION ALL 3 TRAYS WERE DAMAGED IN VARIOUS AREAS.TO ME THEY ACTUALLY LOOK AS A RESULT OF MANUFACTURING PROBLEMS.STRESS CREASES.AND AS A RESULT OF POOR QUALITY CONTROL I ENDED UP WITH THE PRODUCT
