Yep have to be careful with the laser Al lines. They crack easy. Let sand in your pool. Use caution installing them.

Terrible customer service. They do NOT sell direct to consumer and good luck finding a retail store that carries their product. I am still looking for a simple plug and my pool is still not open. Would never buy again. I gave 2 stars because when it worked last year it was good.

Pump gave out after 3 weeks. It just hums now and there is no capacitor to replace.

***UPDATE*** The motor started giving me problems last year, wouldn’t start, thought well i can limp it thru, but just pulled it out today formthe 1st time this season and the motor burned up. SO DO NOT PURCHASE UNLESS-YOU WANT TO SPEND $200 ON A NEW MOTOR. SELLER DIDNT HELP EITHER.Got it hooked up today and i must say, I LOVE IT. Used cotton tails instead of sand, so that will be a learning curve, but it plugged right in to our 1.25” hoses and works perfectly. Very happy with the water flow, sound level, and I LOVE THE FACT THAT THERE IS NO ON /OFF SWITCH. I plugged it in to a timer, so it turns off and on automatically. The problem with my old pump that had an on/ off switch is that every time the timer kicked the power off, you had to reset the gfi. So, buy a $10 timer, and it runs each day on a set schedule without having to worry about it. Very happy, and hope it lasts for years.

Just know that unit has no on or off switch so I has to install a timer, also the barb fittings are a little small to get a leak free seal ( I wrapped the fittings with Teflon tape then put the hose on for a leak free seal).

I ordered this when my filter started leaking. An hour later I got my current filter to quit leaking. I contacted this company and requested that they stop the order. They choose not to. Then I find out that it will cost over a hundred dollars to return it.

We haven’t hooked this product up yet. I think it will be a quality product but I had to call customer service as I was unaware and could not tell from photos that it has NO on/off switch. Apparently you just plug/unplug each time, however we will just put a switch to our power source/outlet for ease of use. Looks like sound equipment, I will know more, later.
