Great for my workouts. They are a little heavier then the 1lb hand weights which is perfect when exercising and they don't make my bag to heavy either. Tutwiler

Fits the palms of the hands nicely. Adds a little extra swing to the walk.

I've owned several different Soft Hand Weights in various sizes over the past few years. These weights are comfortable and easy to use. I am disappointed in the material. The fabric is extremely thin therefore, I hope they hold up under daily use. When it comes to Soft Hand Weights durability is key!!!

I use these hand held soft weights for strength building exercises prescribed by my OT. They are comfortable to hold. I have no trouble handling them during my exercises. Not bad for someone with arthritis in my wrist and fingers! I liked them so much I reccomend them to my OT for her own use. Great product at great price

I was looking for a pair of 2 lb. soft free weights. (That's 2 lbs. each, not 2 lbs. altogether.) I already have a pair of 1 lb. soft free weights that I like, and I was ready to try a little bit more weight in my workouts. I didn't find any 2 lb. soft weights in the same brand, so I had to look at other products.I like these, because the amount of weight is clearly marked on one end. That way, I know how much weight I'm working with. I was surprised at the number of similar products on Amazon that do not have the weight marked anywhere on the product. Ordinary dumbbells that you can buy everywhere that sell sporting goods have the amount of weight clearly marked on the ends. Why would soft weights not be manufactured the same way? The mind boggles.I also wanted the weights to look clearly different from my 1 lb. weights, so that I wouldn't accidentally grab the wrong ones. These fit the bill. They're black with gray accents, whereas my 1 lb. ones are grey with lime green accents. Perfect! These seem well-made, were reasonably priced, and arrived within just a couple of days, when they were supposed to. I will say that they are, of course, bigger in my hands than my 1 lb. soft weights. They are not too big for my hands, but, since I have small hands, they do pretty much fill my hands. I realize now that, if at some point in the future I want some heavier free weights, I will probably need to get dumbbells, which would be a smaller diameter in the middle than soft weights.I've included a couple of photos, so others can get an idea of what they look like, and how big they are in the hand of a petite person with smaller-than-average hands. Overall, I definitely recommend these if you are looking for some 2 lb. soft free weights to add to your workout!

I purchased these to step up my walking routine, and I can really tell the difference in my workout. You wouldn't believe two little 2-lb weights would make such a difference, but you can feel that extra resistance not only in your arms, but also in your legs. Plus, it encourages me to swing my arms when walking, and I can really tell the increase in my heart rate. These are so comfortable to carry. I've never used any other hand-held walking weights, so I have no baseline for comparison, but I like these so much, I expect I won't ever need to use any other.
