It is a good, compact, and visually appealing piece of equipment. I have another roller which is wider, and as a result provides more innate stability and softer handles, but this thinner wheel is significantly cheaper, and requires more work of your balancing muscles at the same time as you are killing the abs.So this is great bang for the buck for a standard ab wheel. (And I like the RED :)
