These do help with reaching back teeth, which is good since my mouth is on the small side. However, I still like other flossing picks better because these bend a little at the neck part when you use them, which makes them a little harder to put them in and pull them out from between teeth that are tighter together. None of my teeth have super-tight spacing, but still I find that I have that issue with them. I'm guessing it's the length that causes the neck to be a weak point. For me, it's worth it to use smaller picks and have to reach into my mouth more, but if you find that reaching back is really difficult for you, then these would probably be much better for you than shorter picks.

I always dreaded flossing because traditional floss made it difficult to reach the back teeth, and those little disposable picks were uncomfortable and awkward. This tool has completely changed my routine. The long handle makes flossing so much easier, especially for those tricky molars, and it's comfortable to grip without slipping around. The floss heads are easy to snap on and replace, although I sometimes reuse them a few times without any issue. Even though my dentist suggested using thicker floss, I find this much better than not flossing at all. It's gentle on my gums but effective enough to noticeably improve the cleanliness of my teeth. This is the first time flossing hasn't felt like a chore—I actually look forward to it! Highly recommend it if traditional flossing is frustrating for you

These refill heads are nice since you use less plastic by keeping the long handle around and just replace with the new heads. I'm used to the traditional floss that you take a meter stick of after a particularly tasty meal to tidy things up inside. The handle is nice and I don't have to get my hands wet from digging around inside after a meal.

I absolutely hate flossing...not the dance but I'm sure others would prefer I stop doing that too. LOLI used to be terrible about flossing - like, never ever did it until I was in my late 20s and I was only kinda good at doing it. Then I got orthodontics which forced me to be good at it because I felt gross if I didn't do it. So, moral of the story is that I still hate it but I do it daily and the only way I have managed to maintain it is through floss picks and a water flosser. I only use traditional floss where I have a crown and a filling that I need to be more gentle with and avoid another panic moment where the floss pick got stuck...not a good time. I absolutely hate putting my whole hand in my mouth and touching a dirty string that regular flossing requires. I just can't get good at it so only do it in spots where absolutely necessary.I have most of my wisdom teeth so flossing those is super important but they can be incredibly difficult to reach so floss picks like this are what have saved me. It's important that if you use it for your whole mouth though is that you are cleaning the floss between each tooth or you may just be moving around gunk. Also being careful with any dental work (crowns, etc.) is important but these have literally saved my oral health.So, these are definitely not for everyone and are not the most economical option but if you're like me and the thought of using a string with your hands to remove gunk from your teeth grosses you out- this is a great option to make the job easier.

Okay, confession time. I hate, HATE going to the dentist. Of all the medical stuff, I hate that the most. I go, but I stress for days before.I already know what they're going to say before I get there: Are you flossing? I've actually had the dentist make a note in my record to stop asking me that. I mean I'm older than a teenager, and, if asking me twice a year for decades, "are you flossing?" hasn't worked by now, it's unlikely to kick in some latent superpower that's just there waiting to be triggered by those magical words.And the answer is YES, I floss. But I hate it, because I Hate sticking my fingers or my Whole Hand or Both Hands, in my mouth. Yes, I've tried those little picks and you still have to stick your hand in.I just got these, miraculously, right after eating some popcorn, like a sign from up above.I think this might change my oral health life forever going forward, and I am not kidding. It actually makes is possible and FAST for me to floss ALL my teeth.The handle reaches everywhere it should in my mouth. I don't have to put one or two hands in my mouth. The little string on the end of the tool is really tough. I can slightly bite down on it to get it between my teeth without it breaking, even between my molars. Once the little string is between my teeth, it's easy to move it against one tooth and then the other (just like they show you at the dentist, every.single.time in case you forgot since the last time you were there).Anyway, I'm going in for a cleaning, I mean sometime, like in 3 years (JK) when my dentist has availability or when I become an astronaut or zombie, whichever comes first. I'll report back if my dentist still asks me if I've flossed after using this thing for awhile. But I feel pretty good about it. Less optimistic about the astronaut or zombie thing, but we live in interesting times.
