I returned the first one with a explanation of what was wrong with the connections and what I needed, not compatible to the original wiring. The second one that was sent was the same as the first one. Return the second one and ask for a refund

Not an exact replica but fits in the same way as the original. Seems to work better than the original so likely a design improvement. I used this in my 2009 Saab. I am a female so if I can replace this myself, anyone can. Don't worry that it looks different from the original!

The product installed well and works on the rear driver side door of a 2009 Saab 9-3. But after I assembled everything I noticed that the color coding for the plug was backwards and lowering switch on the window caused it to raise. So I had to put the blue wire to the red connector. It wasn’t a huge issue for me since I didn’t crimp the connection but worth taking a star off. I also zip tied the wires and adapter out of the way since the door panel had some issues going on.

Easy enough install. fit my 2009 Saab 9-3 left rear passenger window perfectly. Working great.

This window regulator is not an exact replica of the original, but it is well designed and will fit the door and glass. After installation it worked the same as the original.
