Plastic bushings are not the same thickness as original parts .So when you put the steel sleeve through the plastic bushings it protrudes and would be smashing into the A arms causing more damage then what they are worth

Easy to install. Fit my sportsman 500 perfect and seems strong as well.

Many reviews say these don’t fit and allow for movement of suspension, I simply machined off .130 of an inch off each end of the non threaded inner steel bushings. This allowed for perfect fit and the steel flanges of the suspension arms flexed in perfectly when the bolts were tightened.

Fits well. Just make sure you clean out the old hay arms before you install the new bushings. Lots of times the old bushings will break off and gets stuck in the control arms and they can be a pain to put the new ones and if you don’t clean them

Missing 4 bushings out of this kit. Put half the machine together and realized I didn't have enough to finish the other side.

Unfortunately the kit is missing 4 upper A-arm bushings for both sides (allowing you to be able to complete only one side of the Upper A-Arms). In addition, the smaller bushings have a lip that is a bit thinner than the OEM bushings allowing them to have a little play on them and seep grease which means they are likely to get contaminated easily. The frustrating part is the upper bushings need you to pull out the CV axle to get the bolts out to replace them....they are the hardest ones to change. Shop elsewhere for a complete and competent kit! Oh, and there are an extra 2 Long bushings included in this kit that have no use as well. Such a frustration!
