My internet company tech support recommended I replace the ethernet cable between my modem and my router and the one between the wall in the office and the ethernet router in that office. With these two cables in place my speed did increase though not by as much as we had hoped. The ethernet router in the office is next on the replacement list and if that doesn't do it the wire in the wall is getting replaced. I went with CAT8 to hopefully future proof this project. These two little cables seem well made and sturdy. I'll update this review if they fail at any point in the future.

Here's a very rugged item that definitely increased my speed compared to my shockingly old Cat 5e patch cable. I also noticed the music videos I frequently listen to on YT and Nugs.net were certainly clearer. And finally, I should mention too this wire has a really nifty nylon braided cover which I favor over the very toxic and carcinogenic usual PVC alternative. As an environmental guy I favor supporting better safer options and this is one of them. The 4.9 overall rating is right on the mark: my response was just one more further confirmation of the high value of this gem. Buy with confidence......
