About this item

  • 1.5V High Power AA Lithium Batteries: Revolutionary lithium battery technology makes batteries larger in capacity, longer lasting, more powerful in output, ideal for high power products.Such as Xbox, blink (some models unsuitable) & video doorbell, digital camera, motorized toys, smart home devices.Note: does not work with smoke detectors
  • 2500 Cycle Life 0V Activation:Rechargeable aa batteries can be charged up to 2500 times, with no memory effect and low discharge rate, saving you a lot of money. Even if the battery is out of power and the voltage is 0V, the charger can directly activate the refresh battery for charging
  • High-tech Charging Storage Box: The stylish and beautiful box design integrates storage and charging. The lithium batteries can be placed inside when not in use, saving a lot of space, very portable.Note:Our charger & lithium battery can only be used together and are not compatible with other brands
  • Smart LED Display: The light flashes green to indicate charging, steady light indicate fully charged. steady red light indicates adapter incompatible/wire damaged/temperature too high/low, flashing red light indicates battery cannot be charged, or the charging is overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage
  • 3H Fast Charging Type C Input Design: Type C charging port is suitable for all kinds of interface input, you can charger it with PC/Plug/Power Bank/Car charger,3H fast charging requires 5V2A power supply

I’ve been using rechargeable batteries for years and always like to have extra ones available. These batteries perform as expected and charge quickly. I especially like that the charger has lights that indicate the status and useful life of a battery. The light will flash red if a battery can no longer hold a charge. The only negative is that the instructions indicate that the charger and batteries can only be used together and are not compatible with other brands. I’m not sure if this means that the batteries can’t be used in other chargers. I suppose I can try and see what happens. The charging cord uses a type C input, so just make sure that you have an appropriate adapter. An adapter is not included. The only reason that I’m giving it 4 stars is due to the incompatibility of the charger and batteries with other brands (per the instructions).

The listed capacity of these batteries is very good and currently am experiencing good results while using them in a few things around the house. I have A LOT of "name brand" rechargeable batteries of all kinds around my house and "high dollar" chargers for them too. (Unlike another reviewer, my chargers did charge these batteries also, but DID take a few seconds to "register" for some reason until they started charging?)I like the "storage/charger" case, I like that it is compact and would be great for being on the go and still having a charger available that is also a case to boot! However, like others, I do agree it is slower to charge compared to the other chargers I have. (Though those ARE fairly expensive chargers as they cost as much or more than this entire set.)I do not really use too many high discharge devices that eat up batteries, so I currently don't know how well these will "last" for power output compared to my "name brand" ones I use, but I will update if I notice I am getting LESS "up time" with these. If some time has past and there is no "update", they performed in line with listed norms IMO.At the time of review this set was under $32 which is in a "reasonable" range for a product like this, but not a "must buy" IMO. Another reviewer stated in their review that this was $18 when they published their review and at that price, I would say press that "buy button" ASAP! At the price I am showing at the time of review it is a "fair price" IMO for a seemingly quality product, but not the "must buy NOW" like is would be at THAT price.

These batteries are very good. They do a great job of delivering 1.5v, and I like the compact and easy to use charger. If you have never used Lithium-based batteries before, there are a few things you need to know:These batteries actually consist of a small pouch that holds the lithium polymer, with a tiny circuit board and buck converter inside the battery cell that is used to step the nominal voltage of the lipo pouch down to the 1.5v output of the battery. As a result of this small bit of electronics wizardry, these batteries can run a little warmer than standard Ni-Cad or NiMh chemistries. Also, they don't discharge in the same way as other rechargeable batteries. These will continue to deliver just about exactly 1.5 volts until the onboard electronics package has determined that the charge in the LiPo pouch is low enough, at which point the battery simply "turns off".. so there is no gradual decrease in output voltage... they appear to go from fully charged to dead more or less instantly when the internal pack gets low.I have not tested these to see if they have a brief lowered voltage (some Lithium rechargeables will briefly step the voltage down to 1.2 or 1.1 v for a bit before they shut off, to trigger the "low battery" warning in some devices) but I suspect these will simply go from the full 1.5v output to 0v output when the internal cells get low. Keep that in mind for wherever you install these - you may not ever get a low battery warning. My initial testing has been with a high-power flashlight which draws quite a bit of power. Typically this flashlight will go from very bright to pretty dim on a NiMh cell in about 3ish hours. So far I've had the flashlight running for nearly 4 hours, and it's still just as bright as when I first put the battery in, just as you'd expect from a lithium battery. The charging case has a few nice features worth mentioning as well: There are LEDs that appear on the top of the case when you put a cell in and flip the lid down. These lights blink when the battery in that position is charging, and go solid when it is finished charging. The lid has a magnetic closure, and a conveniently-placed USB-c port on the side.Note that you CANNOT charge these batteries in a charger designed for NiMh or NiCd batteries - you have to use the charger that comes with it.I'm really happy with these cells.
