These work well with my xbox x series controllers -- no problems so far, and they seem to hold their charge decently.I REALLY like that I can have these charge on a USB-C chord while not in the remote. It means I can swap them out quickly instead of plugging the remote in and playing with a slightly too-short chord.

Sad that these are still needed in 2024, but they get the job done. The series controller covers fit well and look fine on my black controller. Not sure how long they will last, but the price is right and they do what they say they will.

This is my fault. I saw 4800 and thought it was a great deal. When they showed up they were 1800 batteries. I felt duped. Now I research and find:1800mAh at 1.2V equals 2160mWh, which is far less than the advertised 4800mWh.It seems like the advertising WAS misleading. The advertised capacity doesn't align with what was delivered (mAh not mWh) ?!Always good to double-check the fine print!

This review is for the rechargeable battery packs for the xbox controller from Tideal. The package came with two batteries, 4 covers and a usb c cable. I’m new to Xbox and I thought that all the battery packs were the same and that these would work with the charger station I have from another battery pack. It doesn’t. It works with a USB C cable plugged into a standard 5v power supply. There are 4 covers 2 for an xbox 1 controller and 2 for a xbox X/S controller. The covers do have a cut out at the bottom so I believe it works with a charge station, but I don't know which one. Took about 2.5 hours to fully charge. Works with my xbox S controller. It lasted between 16 and 19 hours before I had to recharge.

These batteries work fine in my Series X controller. They take a bit to charge but are pretty easy to get into the controller and secure them. The included battery covers can be tricky to get on at first but its easy once you get it to fit correctly. My only quibble is that even a fully charged battery shows up in the Xbox as medium. I'm not sure if that's just the battery needing to drain and charge over time or not. I'll have to play for a bit and see how much charge I get out of them, just something to be aware of.
