You're going to need to glue the glass to one side of the frame. Once it's installed, it doesn't like to stay in place on its own. We used clear silicone to seal it all the way around the frame. Works great!

The window frame did not seal well as it had about half the screws of the original. It requires two people to install as the glass itself is free standing and will fall out. Three things to manage with two hands and screwing is t super easy but not impossible I suppose. I added some sealant after getting it together and looks great for the most part.
