This is flux paste. It says it right on the label, but this advertisement is trying to sell it as a solder paste, which is about three times more expensive. So when you get it, you're gonna find out, you can't solder with it without providing your own solder. This is flux only in a paste form. There is no solder paste in this container.

I can’t tell if it’s the best flux out there or if it’s the worst. I can tell you that it does what flux does, and if you’re buying this, then you know what it’s for. It is a lot of flux for what you’re buying so make sure you have a lot of plumbing jobs ahead of you.

I'm a full time stained glass artist, and I was having so much trouble with the Novacan liquid flux. It seemed like it'd evaporate way too quickly, and my solder lines were so rough and flat. I was just getting tired of it. Someone recommended this paste flux, and it's a total game changer. It's nice and thick, applies evenly, and my solder lines are so smooth and round. It looks like barbecue sauce, and does smoke quite a bit when applying solder, but I will never return to liquid flux. This will last me such a long time as well!

Rien à dire, ce produit est vraiment super pour souder correctement, je l utilise du coup en maquettisme pour la soudure laiton sur photodécoupe etc, c'est vraiment un super produit.

professional glass gal of 47 years- this is the only flux i use for foil or leaded projects. Keeping this one for new projects, using a second for repairs. It matters!

Have used Nokorode for years, great price for a 1pound container of the stuff. Will probably last me until I'm gone...will be part of my estate...or auction. You can't go wrong with this at this price. I use Nokorode for auto, motorcycle and home electrical soft soldering, good for copper plumbing repairs too.

Excelent product. Does not cause joints to seize together before soldering.Once you get use to it you will not use anything else. It will outlast any other flux on the market.

I was introduced to this about 15 years ago and have used nothing else since except in exceptional circumstances. My students do not have to wash their jobs at the end of the day and never have oxidising solder. It can be used on leadlight as well as copper foil projects. I am still amazed that many copper foil artists still haven't heard of it here in Australia.
