We used this adapter to hook up a trailer brake for our NV3500, as we will be using the van to tow our camper (6500lbs fully loaded), and we want to do that safely. Installation was quite simple. It plugged right into brake wire spot under (and behind) the emergency brake. It even came with zip ties to secure the wiring away from your knees / feet. Works perfectly with our trailer brake.

Plug and play for an 08 Xterra and the Tekonsha 9030 Voyager Proportional Brake Controller.Cable is long enough that I have plenty extra to zip tie up under the dash.

Fit and install was perfect and easy. Also had enough cable length to choose the best mounting location of my controller. Just what we need to get going again.
