Don’t buy. Purchased front axles and both r the same length. Good job redcat. Now I’m pissed. Oh and the new axles don’t aren’t recessed for the c clip to hold the bearings on. DO NOT BUY

They are stock replacements, but I feel that Redcat should offer just the pin that connects the CVA joint. They pop out, they don't break, they just pop out and get lost, so you're forced to buy the axle set for a .07 cent piece of steel pin.Next time one pops out I'm going to get my calipers out a measure the dimensions and just cut a bunch of my own. They are basically the same pin as a 12mm wheel hex, but a lil longer.My CVA has now popped out twice, luckily I caught the second time and saved the pin before it flew out into the void of spacetime.

I got this package as an original Redcat part. But it will not handle a Lipo 11.1v battery. The housing on the stub shaft cracked right off where the pin goes through. With that being said, the neck right under the swivel ball joint was manufactured with a bent shaft. Poorly made and could also have been the cause of breakage due to a wobbling wheel. I believe it will be okay with the 7.2v battery but only if the shaft is made correctly. - Redcat Gen7
