The parts are great quality, they just don't go together right. It needs two screws with a thin flange head and a stop shoulder so it can be tightened in place. The bearing cups face up(as shown) so the cross arm will just fall off with no flange to hold it.I set the bearings in with blue loctite, then used a nut above the crank arm to lock the bolt in place without locking the steering too.Took three breakdowns to figure this out..., hope it helps.
