I use a distinct sticker on my hard case to quickly ID the business end at the range, so when I switched to a soft case that doesn't support stickers but patches instead, it was nice to be able to get my pattern converted to a patch. I've seen similar items that ended up being crude prints with nothing but a harshly stitched border. These are printed right on the material and feel good and strong. Only time will tell how they hold up, but the quality so far is top notch.

I'm about to order my 3rd patch. On the first order the post office lost it for about a week (even with tracking!). Owner Tim jumped in and sent another at no charge. It tracked normally and got here as scheduled. Of course, the first one magically arrived without ever being received by USPS 2 weeks after it shipped. (USPS is really sucking lately).A second comment on quality. I decided to glue the 'duplicate' patch onto a bag. The 'Instant fabric glue that dries in 3 minutes' was NOT the right choice and turned into a drippy white mess. In my effort to get all the glue off and try something else I was forced to escalate the strength of solvents and scrubbers. Water, to soap. Rags to toothbrush, iso alcohol to Goo Gone. Finally a stiff brush and the Goo Gone got the crappy glue off the bag and the patch. The image and colors on the patch survived back to new -- even with all that scrubbing!Again, ordering a third patch and sending a check for the duplicate I received on the first order.

My brother is a sticker artist. I took his logo and printed it on a patch to sew on to a ballcap. This particular patch is printed material on a velcro backing. You can sew the "fuzzy" side of the backing to the hat, and attach the patch to it, or just sew the patch directly on without it. It's nice to have options. Overall the patch is great. The colors are rich and image is clear. It is not an embroidered image, more like a printed t-shirt than a sewn in logo. That's what makes the image really clear. I would suggest removing the image side of the patch when washing the item because I am not sure how well it would do with fading if it were to be washed and dried. Although I thought the price was high for a relatively small patch, once I saw the quality first hand, and the fact that it is exactly what I wanted, I realized it was totally worth it. It's a small company, and I like that. So if you are looking for a custom patch, go with them. You won't be disappointed.
