I put the bed together and it was working fine. Now (after 2 weeks) it does not work. I tried customer support but it was not any help. I do not wish to return since it is such a big item. I will keep the bed but very disappointed in not getting it to work. The whole idea of an adjustable bed it to be able to adjust. I don't normally write reviews, but I wanted future buyers to be aware of my problem.UPDATE: I left a review of the seller, but no response. I guess they don't care about their customers.

My wife and I assembled this bed frame today. It took us about 3-4 hours. The frame is made of very sturdy materials, and I was thankful for a couple of "spare" screws, since I kinda stripped the threads on one of them. I would suggest a hex wrench bit for an electric screwdriver to help along the way, though. We did that and it made it much easier to assemble.My only problem, and the reason for only 4 stars, was with the so-called instruction manual. It was comprised of only diagrams, and very small ones at that. I am in my mid 60's, and my eyesight isn't what it used to be. I had to use a magnifying lens a few times to make sure we were getting it right. But all-in-all, it's a very well built item, and I recommend it.

I like that it was easy to assemble. I can still use my current headboard, footboard No need to buy a new bedroom set easy to use. Instructions are simple. I love it. I recommended for anyone that would like a nice comfortable sleep. Adjust your head or your feet.

I purchased for Mom originally. She moved so we kept it. Put it together and it was easy to fizz Time consuming but we did fairly easily…The motor was moving very slowly. Buttons on the attached remote were intermittent… stalling at times. Reached out to seller for assistance and was given the run around. Sent pictures and attempted to send a video but seller did not set up for videos. We tried every method. The email they sent to upload the video did not work either. I Was trying to show exactly what the issue was. As of today still no resolve. Bed is still very very slow and remote is still intermittently working. Very disappointed!

I don’t normally write reviews, but felt compelled to write this one. The item comes in a box with many pieces. I’m a very educated guy, but putting this bed together took me hours. It’s not necessary difficult to put together but very tedious and time consuming. I did it by myself, but the instructions were vague and unclear. The bed seems okay so far and it’s seems to be a good value for the money.
