This is fine. The lights are bright and pretty, but sparse. The red tulle is as expected. The snakes are a big disappointment. Each snake is attached by one little pin, so they flap around every which way. And you better hope it didn't get folded before you got it like mine, because my snake that's all bent and warped is impossible to straighten out. Oh, also, the back of the tutu is just normal tulle. No snakes, no lights.So why is this still a 4 star item? It's a good length, it's unique and cute. Like I said, the lights are actually decent and it comes with batteries. The battery pack is slim and stitched out of view. It's a unique piece and I do like it. I'll be wearing it out and about, but I really wish they had attached the snakes completely.

Tulle was a little stiff that we liked just harder than soft. But still this cute little shirt did not disappoint. The snake are colorful and vibrant and it really does light up well. We tried it out in the dark and it really is something.
