This is a really festive and bright light up tutu! I ordered it for my 4-year-old daughter, and it fits well. It has a soft underskirt so the tulle will not be itchy on their skin. The lights are rechargeable, and I really like that feature as you do not have to keep wasting batteries. It is bright and cute!

This tutu is so fun! We are not big St. Patrick's Day people, but my daughter is going through a huge dress-up phase, and I knew she'd have a lot of fun wearing this to school. She was so excited to try it on.The listing says it fits ages 5-10, and I'd say that seems accurate. My daughter is on the lower end of that range, and it is big on her with plenty of room to growth in both length and waist. If it was any bigger it might fall off, but that hasn't been a problem so far.The quality is middle of the road. The tulle is rather scratchy. That's not a problem for us since she'll be wearing leggings under, but I don't think it would feel good to sit in it with bare legs. The lights are a little silly. They're not dispersed all over the skirt, more of a single line going around it. My daughter doesn't care though; she thinks they're cool!There are washing instructions, but I'm not sure I'd feel comfortable washing it with electronics sewed and glued into it. You can't remove the battery pack, at least not without cutting it away from the skirt. The battery appears to be rechargeable, as there's a little port for a cord. I'll probably avoid washing it until I absolutely have to, and at that point I guess I'll remove the lights and battery. Maybe I can find a better way to remove and re-attach them, but it's not currently set up for that and I'm not sure it will be worth my time and effort to tinker with it.Despite the shortcomings, I'd recommend it if you are looking for a fun and festive St. Patrick's Day tutu!
