Manual Modulating Flame Heights 6 Levels.. Automatic Manual Modulating Flame Heights " Smart Sense".. Fan Speed Control 6 Levels when used with the SIT Fan Control Module.. This Regency Receiver was used on many of the fireplace and gas logs systems used by Regency and was manufactured by Sit Controls.. In its basic form, it is configured to control the on/off operation of the main burner and to provide thermostatic control of the appliance. Comfort control is advanced by the Smart thermostat feature which automatically modulates flame height optimizing temperature management and room ambiance... We just moved and our electric fireplace remote was missing. Though this was a bit pricey, it worked perfectly and allowed us to use our fireplace again. Totally worth the cost!

The setup was super easy. Works, thermostat keeps room at set temperature once set. Control design takes time getting used to. Easy to make changes to temperature you do not want. Fan turning off, turning smart function off by accident when just wanting to make a 1 degree temperature change.
