I contacted this company on Monday in a bit of a panic. Hurricane Irma is heading our way and these containers would be so helpful. They assured me they would work quickly and do their best to get them to me before it struck. They arrived today and not a moment too soon. Water is being rationed at the supermarket with a 2 case limit per family. Many people have to make multiple trips in order to get enough water to last the recommended amount of time for their family. I got to bypass the madness and, for 1.75 for each container, fill it up at the glacier machine. It was quick, cheap, and enough water for days and days. I will admit i'm a bit skeptical that the handles will hold over time but for now they are sturdy and holding out. And it's great that they will fold flat for storage until next hurricane season. Thank you so much for your help.

These are great (I have had them before). This purchase was returned/refunded because of mail delays. They store well and for safety, I keep them clean by running some vinegar thru them every year.

Stealth Rabbit was kind to refund (I gave them option since I did use one of the two; other one arrived with hole in it so I felt I at least should pay for the one I used during camping); so 5 stars for customer service and I would buy from them again. The jugs themselves; with respect to the one working one I used, the bag works for containing water but its too "wobbly" and picking up by the red handle is awkward esp. as the bag sags downward ( 5 gallon is roughly 40 pounds weight); it causes concern that it will either rip itself apart or burst at some seam or such. I suggest using the bag for the entire 5 gallons but transporting it in a milk crate or a foldable milk crate with those wheels and pull handle design. That way you can both move it and tip it to dispense water and later fold up both to get back some space in the car when camping. The red collar on the spout is a bit hard to screw back on even when filled with water; the plastic neck is too soft and the collar dosen't grab the threads easily and there's no reinforced area at its base to push against while rotating the collar shut. Takes a few trys to get it to catch finally. I see this as useful for weekend or longer trips esp. where you have to provide drinking water; I would not use it for long term storage though.
