While not the easiest to access with engine still in bay, this product immediately solved the issue of my wifes Suzuki XL7 not wanting to run at low idle, previously car would stall randomly at stop lights and at gear down from highway speeds into city streets. If the old EGR is fairly crusty it would be of importance to also look into the condition of the up stream 02 sensors that are found just past each exhaust manifold for any carbon build up.
