Bought this set for a drum circle, as they were recommended as a good starter set. They are easy to hold and a good deal for the price. The sound quality is decent, but not at all similar to the sound of real hide. I would not recommend for a Native American Drum Circle, but good for a yogi led group or novice drummer.
