Finding picatinny mounts to replace the plastic ones that Streamlight gives you for the ProTac series of weapon lights is pretty tough - Cloud Defensive ostensibly offers one, but it's basically never in stock so I took a chance on this one. No complaints so far - the switch is very snug in the mount itself and it mated right up to the handguard of my rifle with just a few turns of an Allen wrench. The finish is nice and even and it provides a secure and stable home for a ProTac tapeswitch. Will update later if something goes amiss, but currently I'm pretty happy with it.

Only ended up using half because my handguard on AK had a fairly short rail section. Used in conjunction with double sided 3m to secure my GoonBeam tapeswitch. Rock solid

Seems to be of sturdy quality. It functions well and has a very secure hold on the pressure pad of my Streamlight protac flashlight. It was easy enough to install, but like I said, it took a bit of convincing to get the pressure pad into the mount - which is a good thing. I’m not worried about it coming out, even under recoil. I really like the integrated cable management. They could improve by putting some loctite on the screws, but for the price, I’m totally fine just putting some of my own on them. Do know, though, that you will absolutely need some. Otherwise I could totally see those screws backing out. Overall, I’d say it’s a pretty good value.

I’m not sure why this (or something like it) wasn’t included with the streamlight mlok protac, but it’s definitely needed. In regular mlok fashion, it attaches securely and tightly. It holds the switch housing well and doesn’t slide around. It seems pretty durable, and at a great price.

I am surprised I could not find something like this from a name brand, so I gave this product a chance and glad I did. Works good fits the switch properly does what I need it to do.

Shiny bronze color, works well with other bronze/FDE furniture. Will scratch easily. Screws are a tad long, and when I fully tightened, the screws were pressed up against the barrel so much the barrel had deviation. May not be an issue if your M-Lok handguard is big enough to accommodate the longer screws. Had to use a dremel to cut the screws shorter by a few millimeters to avoid pressing against the barrel. Good value for the price overall, but you may need to source shorter screws or, like me, cut the existing screws down to fit.

I bought this hoping that I could use it to secure the pressure switch on my Olight Odin GL M to a Magpul slot on my handguard, but the switch is far too big to fit.
