I like they they have the look of a fabric texture. They lie flat and are easy to clean. I originally bought them for Thanksgiving, but once I received them, I wanted to used them all the time! I'm going to buy the blue ones, too.

I love these RENMTURE Artificial Double-sided Leather Placemats! They aren't artificial leather to me, but they are good textured rubber quality and have a bit of weight to them. They clean easily, leaving no stain and the color is just right for me.

Even thought these are relatively thin they have a bit of heft to them when you lift them. Certainly durable enough to stand up to a bit of abuse by a fork perhaps wielded by a hungry toddler! Those days are long behind us, but the grandkids should be no match for this set. We purchased these in blue/light grey and they were immediately put to use. They have a bit of a textured feel from the woven-like surface. Overall we like these and would recommend.

I was looking for placemats that I could just wipe off. I ordered these and they were so much more than I expected. I'm very happy with them and I thought the price was reasonable for 4 placemats. They are large, nice and thick and just overall great quality. So often the wipe off type of placemats are so cheap and looks so inexpensive- not these. Thee are really nice. I would order them again.

What else can you say about placemats? They are easy to clean, durable, and you get two colors! This is the best of both worlds. Yeah, so the leather look is kind of strange, but they aren't boring now!

These are four fairly heavy-duty placemats, pink on one side and gray on the other. The pink is muted more of a salmon and happens to go really well with a tablecloth we have. They clean up easily and are easier to shake crumbs off into the trash can rather than having to take the entire tablecloth outside to shake off, which is nearly impossible to do in the winter. So these will prolong the table and tablecloth and should last a long time.

It doesn't say anywhere but this pack comes with 4 place mats for the price, I was expecting one or two but it was a pleasant surprise to get a full dining table's worth. Still it is quite pricey for some place mats, but they definitely look and feel better than the cheap stuff. The material is like a rubbery foamy type with a texture of the surface, that certainly works well as a place mat and is easy to clean, definitely not artificial leather, nor would I really wanted it to be for a place mat. Both sides look and function the same besides the color.
