Great for dusting bugs with calcium. Use this for crickets, worms, roaches, ECT for my bearded dragon. He loves seeing them come out of the easy to use home at the top! Nice and durable and has lasted a while now. Perfect size for dusting quite a few bugs at a time. Works great for its purpose. Definitely recommend!!

Like the other purchaser, a couple of bits of plastic in the bottom were broken. The box lid was also wide open. Not sure if someone returned it for being broken or what. I put tape over the broken part on both sides of the grate to keep bugs from falling through. If I wasn't lazy and needing this asap I would return it.

This thing sucks. The grates slits are small and you’ll shake the crap out of the feeders just to get a hint of calcium powder on the feeders.Stick to the tried and true Chinese takeout soup container dump some calcium powder in throw the feeders in put the cover on, gently shake it a few times and the feeders are coated. Place the entire container in the enclosure and let your lizard have fun.

Sure, the tube is kind of useless since you're coating and feeding pretty much immediately so the crickets don't have time to crawl up there. The lid is a little tight but you don't need to screw it all the way down so it works great. The little swing door is great! Give them a shake and move the little swing door and jiggle em out to your favorite buddy! It is so great I bought a second one for when they need a different powder.

Makes feeding a lot simpler. Mine also came with a black tube. It shows and says clear in description. The black makes it impossible to see if the crickets are in it. Lid is hard to get on and off. I suggest putting coconut oil on the threads

This is a super amazing time saver! I used to just put my crickets in a baggie to coat them but I would waste so much! This is perfect to save my calcium and multivitamin. You should grease the screw lids though-they WILL squeak like nails on chalkboard. Use a food grade oil (coconut is what I used). I honestly will most likely buy another so I don't have to switch the dust when I need to use a different kind.
