The threads on this adjuster knob are correct and it operates smoothly. No problems with getting the threads started either. The knob itself is a little smaller than the original knob for the Knee Rover knee scooters. You can see from the picture that the threaded part is a bit longer as well. This causes a minor issue. There is a black plastic cover over the nut that this is screwed into. When I screwed it in, that cover was forced off due to the length of the threaded stem. I could put it back in place, but it was a rather tenuous connection and would probably fall off after a while.Outside of that one issue, this will most definitely get the job done.

My dad was missing an adjustable knob from his knee walker and I needed one to help balance the height of the cushioned knee pad. This seemed like a knob that would fit it based on the specifications. It was a true fit. It fits well and was easily inserted without issue. The knob seemed to be made well and not cheap. I am happy with its make and usage.
