Mirror bolted up okay on 2016 Transit, had to trim upper part of the mirror's base that mounts to the door in order to get it to fit flush on the door and not cause wind noise.

It’s fine, visually. Wasn’t too hard to install. The plug for the mechanical functions on the mirror only plugs in one way, but when we tested it, pushing up on the lever moves the mirror down and pushing down moves the mirror up and the side to side doesn’t work at all.

This fit the 2023 transit. Only issue is the controls are opposite of what they should be. Move it down and it goes up. No worries though, you just need to do the opposite

Two problems that I see with this mirror. There is a cutout for a rubber weatherstrip at the top. The cutout does not line up with the weatherstripping. It didn't stop the installation but doesn't look right. There is no room for adjustment when installing to help align the cutout.Also, the controls for moving the mirror up and down work but aren't accurate. It actually moves the mirror on a diagonal. I will try a different manufacturer next time, hoping it isn't the same issues.
