Note this is not an Omron product, The cuff works as it should with the Omrom blood pressure machine. Installing the cuff takes a bit of strength to assemble properly. however is doableMy concern is the tubing is too short IMO. I think it would be more useful and easier to use with more tubing.There is a lot of velcro on the cuff, seems like there is more velcro than is actually needed to do the job.

I bought it because like may people who buy those machines they shipped with the cuff for kits and most of the time , adults are using this machine, means that you are forced to buy two different sizes.
