The filters are, from appearances the same as the name brand filters. The metal screen mesh is sturdy and very fine and will filter out all of the lumps and stuff that go through the Paint Receptacle.I am giving this a 5 out of 5 for heavy screen mech, measures same as original and should give protection for many paint jobs.

We got these for use in our Graco X5 sprayer and so far they are working exactly as they should. No clogs, no breaks. I held the tube and the cup piece up next to the originals that came with the sprayer, and they were absolutely indistinguishable from each other. The same weight wire mesh, the same density of plastic in the connecting parts. Worth it.
