This product looks exactly like the original. However, it is not plug and play. You will still need to go and get it programmed for your vehicle at the dealership. If there is a way to do this without making that trip, I wasn't able to figure it out with my owners manual or the instructions it came with. The physical key also comes blank, so take into consideration that you'll have to go and get that cut at a hardware store, Walmart, etc.Luckily I just needed the case as my old one got cracked. I took the inards out of the old one and they fit well into this product. It is usable after the "surgery". The buttons click well without sticking and it has been functioning just as well as the OEM one that came with my vehicle.

Hatch button didn't work. All other functions worked. Locksmith said this FOB is for a car trunk not an SUV hatch. Don't understand why a trunk operates different than a hatch, but it does. If you look closely the symbol on the FOB is a car trunk not an SUV hatch. Description says FOB works 2018 Infiniti QX60. It does not. Lucky for me after paying $60 to program the FOBs the locksmith said he would only charge $30 to program a correct one. He ordered one for me that worked for $30. So it ended up costing me $40 extra to get right FOB and have the locksmith reprogram it. I should be reimbursed.

I bought this to replace the old original remote, I had a button missing and had to use my fingernail to activate that function. The replacement works great just switch the guts out bingo u done

What more to say. Took this FOB to a qualified locksmith and he programmed it in 5 min for $175. Still a lot of money for his effort but cheaper than the $500+ the dealer wanted.
