Great value for two batteries, and the batteries came with all tools necessary AND some! It also came with a very easy to follow instruction video.

Worked perfectly for my 2016 Chevy Malibu. I just searched on YouTube "Chevy key fob battery replacement" once the product delivered and the whole process took less than 5 minutes for both of my keys, and I am not gifted in mechanical/STEM work at all. Highly recommend!

Automotive key fob batteries wear out and must eventually be replaced. This is just a fact of life. If you are the kind of person who feels that replacing the battery requires a trip to the dealership, this product might just be for you. Most key fobs I have seen require one 2032 button cell battery that costs about $2.50 or less. The trick is knowing how to open the key fob in order to change the battery. This product will guide you through the exact procedure for your car, in this case a Chevrolet sedan. The kit contains two fresh Panasonic brand 2032 batteries in a sealed blister pack. The kit also contains micro flat blade and Phillips head screwdrivers and a plastic pry tool. The innovative packaging has a QR code on the back that will direct you to a simple YouTube video demonstrating how to open the exact key fob for your car. The video is clear and to the point. Yes, you can find such instructions on your own and the included tools aren't really necessary (or reasonable substitutes can probably be found in your junk drawer). However, for first timers the convenience and confidence this kit provides may well justify the cost. It certainly beats a trip to the dealership.
