Key did not work to open up my lock. In the package with the key was a phone number for me to contact the seller if it didn't work. I did so and never got a call back. So I returned the keys for a refund.

I ordered replacement keys for my stack on gun safe GL216. The label on the bag has that number on it, I tried the keys and even followed the trouble shooting instructions provided and they still don't work. I emailed the seller with email they provided and still have not received a response.

Advertised as replacement key for GL 209 stack on safe. It doesn’t work. It doesn’t have a code in the key so it may not even be the key ordered.
