After installing the LCD, there were very apparent microscratches, a large line of dead pixels, and a failing pixel directly in the middle of the screen. For now, this is usable, but I've ordered another one from a different brand in hopes that it won't be scratched or have dead pixels.If your considering buying this product, read a little bit more from other reviews, they'll have similar experiences.

ordered the first one months ago. arrived broken, returned that one. ordered this one a few days ago. damn thing was like to a ds or something. ordered a replacement maybe it may show up right this time.

After installing it, it has vertical lines all across it, not to annoying when playing a game but they are there though, but it works...

The screen is literally the exact same one that all other sellers have, and it's horrible. The packaging, model number, and construction are identical (and I have gone through many different sellers to try to find one that actually works well). The screen is full of dead pixels and stops working when the PSP is closed, which is a problem that has occurred with all other third party screens that I have tried. My original PSP screen has been damaged overtime (I was 6 when I got it) but it still works. These don't.DO NOT BUY THIS HORRIBLE PRODUCT, OR ANY OTHERS LIKE IT.

Overall the LCD display does what it needs to do. Not difficult to install. Only bad thing was that you can tell it’s not an original display. It had some dead pixels and very sensitive when touching the screen.

I have bought psp 2000 screens in the past before and what you get usually feels like a mixed bag of good and bad, first time the screen didn't work barely at all and wasn't really any better than what I was replacing but the second was perfect minus some ghosting which is neglegable. Now lets talk about the one I am reviewing now, it gave me no problems with installation considering its just a screen swap but right after I turned it on I immediately noticed some pixels giving some trouble. The wack pixels in itself are enough to make me not want to buy another screen from these people but its not to the point Im pulling myself to get a replacement screen, although something I keep in mind is that I've seen a screen with a small blemish turn into what looks like something with a pool of condensation in the middle. Something else which is less noticeable is that the screen dosen't sit directly in the middle of the front so it looks like one side has a dark line while the other is almost overlapped by the front shell. Something I noticed is that the screen that I am reviewing is brighter than the psp I usually use for myself which may be down to something I don't understand completely but is still something that I would say compells me to buy another screen from them if needed. Anyway I'll keep using the screen to see whether or not it has any other major flaws and put them here later if they are important enough.

Screen arrived with several dead pixels in the lower right (circled in red in the picture). I'm not too bothered by them so I'm not going to bother attempting an exchange or refund.As in reviews of other screens at this price point, this one also is not centered in the PSP it has a visible border on the left and bottom when installed.The after images on this screen seems no worse than the original screens in the 2000 models.Overall I'd say it'd be a decent replacement screen if you're lucky enough to not have any dead pixels which appear to plague all the screens for sale on amazon at this price point
