Works perfectly. Set up was very easy, the instructions were also very easy to follow. The hardest part of this job, was getting to the black box under the middle part of our bed. The cost of the remote was on the high side.I would highly recommend this bed remote.

This remote works perfectly as a replacement for our original one. A quick call to the service center was very, very helpful. The call was answered quickly and the service person proceeded to walk me through the pairing. With his expert guidance the process was completed quickly. And he also offered additional advice on what to do if there is a power outage. I couldn't be happier with the service and the remote!

Talk about a perfect upgrade. So glad our older style unit failed. I'd have purchased this new one, even if our old one hadn't failed if I knew about it. And talk about incredible perfect instructions. I mean awesome!I had trouble pairing the remote, and then read the instructions closer. Just as the instructions said, I was trying to pair it incorrectly. I grabbed a light, and sure enough ... the receiver was under the bed just where there explained. Thank you so much for a greatly improved remote. I might add, there is a very nice letter with the purchase giving you a phone number to call if you need it, and a thank you note from "New Rooms Direct" - a man named Mark. What a nice calming feeling in a challenging world. My thank you goes to this company! Well done!
