Do as following steps
Step 1
All keycaps need to Be carefully removed and installed to avoid damage to keycaps and butterfly white hinges.
Step 2
2. If the white hinge can work well, you install the keycaps, first aim at the buckle at the lower end of the keycap, and then gently press the upper end. (Please do not press directly, it is easy to break the keycap);

I think the keyboard was replaced under Apple Care at one point so it might not be the same as all 2016 MBPs, but if the part you need looks like the ones pictured here, buy these.

Worked for "MacBook Pro 13-inch, 2017, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports". The keys look almost identical to the original. The biggest difference was that they came in a very, very slightly different shade of black. I could only tell with a flashlight and it might just be the age of the original keys. I replaced four original keycaps. They all went on easily and fit well.

When I had to replaced some worn out keys (A and S) I decided to replace all the keys so they all looked new. In pulling the old keys off, I broke 1 or 2 little tabs and one hinge pivot point on the space bar, right shift, and enter. The longer keys. So I purchased this butterfly kit to fix them. The replacement butterfly hinges aren't as springy as my original ones. They work, but the three I replaced sit lower and the feedback isn't as crisp as the factory Apple versions. I inspected them against the factory versions and couldn't see a difference so I assume it's probably some tolerance differences. The space bar was passable as was the return key. The right shift key I pulled the key cap back off and put a very thin strip of foam under the top and bottom sides of the butterfly and it vastly improved the feel. So these are better than nothing, but they're not as crisp as the factory butterflies. For their cost, on a 7 year old back up computer, they're a fair trade off compared to paying Apple for a new keyboard.

In the box: all the keys and a plastic pry tool. No instructions. So, I did a video search online. Found the video that made sense to me. Works!

Amazing keys - perfect for replacing old ones, but unfortunately the R key came with its bottom hooks broken, and was therefore unable to properly attach. This ruins the press-ability of the R key. Just a bit bummed because I bought this with the intention of replacing my original R key.
