I ordered this ActyGo Replacement Adjust Knob For Dura Heat Dyna-Glo RMC-95C Kero-World KW-24 08-1724, for my kerosene heater. I needed to replace the adjust knob on my Heat Mate kerosene heater. I found this very easy to install, just by aligning the opening with the rod and gently tapping the knob into place. This works perfectly with my heater.

This did not fit my heater and I'm not sure how I would have been able to tell beforehand. It looks identical to the one I am replacing. I was able to make it work on my heater by drilling out the hole and tapping it on the shaft, where it now fits tightly. It now looks and works identically to the one that I replaced when it worked.

The knob is perfect, just not a perfect fit for the DH2304 heater. The insert hole is slightly too small, but I was able to make it work. Definitely a lot better than what I had.

The lift knob on my Dyna-Glo heather broke because I hadn't taken adequate care or maintenance on the wick and it developed a bulge in it, making it hard to lift to lighting position. When I tried to turn it past the lift, I cracked it. After doing maintenance on the wick, it helped, but the damage was done. I finally broke the knob. I ordered a new one, and it fit perfectly, and doesn't feel as loose or wobbly as the previous one. I took a bit of tapping it on with a rubber mallet to get it seated, but it works like it should. I still have a little drag on the wick but with the new knob I just power past it. Works like it should and that is what counts.
