When researching bearded dragons, this type of liner was recommended. We gave it a try and it's been working really well! It's easy to cut to the size we need, and I like having more on the roll to replace as needed. I think it's a really good value.The highlight of this is that it's so easy to clean! Just wipe the mess up and use a safe spray cleaner and you're good to go. No need to take everything out to house or down. But it also provides enough friction she can move around, and not get her nails stuck like in carpet.

It comes rolled up for convenient storage and can be cut into a custom sized flooring for your pet's tank.In my case, I have a bearded dragon in an aquarium type tank, so this is perfect for his tank and should help keep the floor much cleaner. This reptile carpet is easy to clean and maintain, which makes very practical and convenient for me. You can wipe it down with a damp cloth or rinse it off with tap water, so that saves time. So far, so good.This tank substrate (flooring) itself is made of soft ,thick and non-slip material, so it gives my beardie a a more comfortable surface to move around on, plus it just looks cool. It is easy to trim to the size you need and In my case, I ended up with a little left over which is easy to store rolled up in my cabinet that my tank sits on.This reptile mat is suitable for a variety of reptiles, including bearded dragons, leopard geckos, snakes, lizards, turtles, and more. I own a beautiful and delightful Russian Tortoise. When I originally got my Tortoise, she was small enough that her enclosure was easy to clean. As she grew larger, her home began to need daily maintainence to keep her environment clean. I have been using newspaper to cover the bottom of her home which is becoming difficult to get in good condition in the area where I live. Thus far, using these as her ground cover, and then exchanging them daily has made cleaning her home much easier. I measured the size of her home, cut the material (plastic feeling) to fit these measurements, and I did a couple more to have a few handy to keep her home clean. I have noticed how much easier it has been whenever I clean her home. I feel the cost for this covering has been worth it for me as I can recycle or clean and reuse this covering which has not only been cost effective; it makes cleaning her home much easier. The quality of the material used to make this ground covering is durable enough to allow me to use this several times, rather than whenever I would use the newspaper and having to throw away so much newspaper each day. Upon receipt, this material is rolled up, so I had to work on flattening it until it did not roll up on the sides. I just used her eating, drinking bowls, her slab to eat on and, her "swimming pool". There was possibly a very slight, minimal smell to this material, yet the smell went away. This has proven to me to be great.

I normally use the carpeted floors for my gecko but decided to give this one a try. It was easy to cut to size but kinda feels more like rubber than my normal carpet one. My gecko doesn't seem to mind, but he doesn't talk so I don't know how he really feels. It does seem like it doesn't absorb odors as much as the carpet did though.
