First things first. There are no instructions so here they are. This is a gravity system so fill the container and put it above the location you want the drip to be. The higher the elevation and distance of the line, the faster the drip. The shorter and closer the distance, the slower the drip. You can also use loops to slow it down. Place the drip portion in your cage. I use mesh with side covers so I used wire to secure. I also suggest zip ties. I never trust suction cuos, but thats up to you. Next, On the drip end is a plastic cap. Pull that off and suck the water, like siphoning gas. It takes 2 seconds, but it is a thin tube Once you have water, simply let it hang. I have used multiple systems and even paid for the large drip tree, but my chameleon would never use them. The little and big dripper systems are garbage too. As soon as I hung the drip spout, my girl came rushing (ok, as fast as I have seen her move before) over, climbed my hand and started to drink immediately from it. The drip end material is some kind of chalk or quartz, which I put a small hole in. She loved it. I mounted directly across from her heat lamp, so it's s easy for her to access. The picture shows her and the drip on the far right of the pic. It drips into my large plant and I now use my mister every 8 hours (30 seconds) versus 4 hours. So far, she loves it, which makes me happy. She dropped 35 eggs and then got gout, so I was using a syringe for watering, but this works great and she loves it. It is heavy so don't place on the mesh screen, without a board or placing on the corners for stability. I use a 2x2x4 enclosure, so its a massive area for her. She sleeps lower where its cooler, feeds off crickets, roaches, and wax and suoerworms, so she explores around quite a bit. But the water situation was never working or always stopping, so i needed something solid. This will help her recovery from gout as I'm not manually watering her any longer. I don't know how long they last, but it's the best product so far and worth a shot. If they added English instructions, it would be better. I had to search multiple sites for them. For the cost, I love it!
