I recently purchased a home with a well come to find out the well has a very low yield. I spliced this into our main water line to gauge how much water we use and how quickly we can regenerate water. It’s been a game changer we now know how much we use and can see on the meter how much GPM is actually being pumped, no longer have to worry if we are ever going to run out

I've always wondered how much water I was using to top up the pool and this meter easily lets me figure that out. It's light-weight so you can either install it on the faucet-end of your pipe or carry it around on the nozzle end.The meter itself is powered by a single CR2032 battery (one of the thin circular-ones). One is included and it's easy to install and change as-needed. The meter gives you options to see the current water flow rate as well as last-use water consumption, total consumption and the consumption from the last time it was used. All modes are easily selectable from the front of the unit.Overall if you're looking for a tool to measure your water consumption you can't go wrong with this meter. Recommended!

We have a 16 ft soft-sided Bestway above ground pool and a 200 ft deep drilled well. The water table in our area is phenomenal and always has been since moving here in 2015.When we bought the pool I had 8k gallons trucked in and then the rest I topped off from the water faucet and well with no issues. Since then when I vacuum to waste or have to top off for any reason I use the water faucets and have never had an issue.We had my son’s birthday party in July at our place and it was Nerf themed but also had water games and a slip n slide.My parents were over and helping to set up and my Dad pointed out that they couldn’t run the slip n slide from the water faucet closest to the pool and needed a longer hose to reach the faucet up the hill on the other side of our house. When he ran the longer hose he still couldn’t get much water flow going to the slip n slide despite having nothing else running in the hoses.He mentioned there could be an issue with water pressure, flow and the well but all the guests were arriving and I wasn’t able to go over it.Afterwards I checked out all the faucets and everything was running as it normally would on visual inspection so I went and got this water flow meter to get a better idea of what was going on.The meter is very lightweight despite having solid brass inlet and outlets. It is super simple to install and only requires one CR2032 battery which was thankfully included.It has a 1.3” digital display built into the meter and can rotate fully for easier viewing which I appreciated when using the shorter hose. You can switch metric systems to your preference which is always nice.I was able to use this to test each of the faucets and also test if flow was reduced before/after the hoses as well as when multiple faucets were on.There are four modes to select from: last, total, daily average and current flow. It’s one button to select the mode and perform a reset. You just have to read the manual or play with it to figure out the long vs short press and what it operates.I was able to narrow down the issue and rectify it easily using this flow meter so I am really glad I had it handy.I plan on ordering a second one to use with our RV while camping after experiencing how handy these are.Overall I am very satisfied and would recommend.

The device is not compatible with my filtration system due to its low flow rate, but it functions effectively with my sprinkler system. Its accuracy aligns with the advertised specifications, and the user interface is straightforward, featuring a single push button for operation. Initially, I encountered a minor issue with the battery seating, which caused the device to pause on a specific screen. However, resolving this issue was as simple as removing and reinserting the battery, after which the device functioned flawlessly.

This little flow meter is a nice addition to the garden. Water consumption is an increasing concern and it's always good to keep tabs on how much we are watering or over watering. This little meter is super compact and easy to install off any outdoor tap or hose. I really liked that they used brass fittings on the inlet and exit to get a secure connection. The included directions help make setup quick and easy. My only issue was that the battery wasn't quite making contact with the leads when the back panel was installed so I added a piece of foam tape to ensure a nice tight contact. It's easy to read and adjust on install and I like that the bezel is rotatable to ensure easy reading no matter what your install needs are.if you are looking for a garden flow meter to keep tabs on your consumption this one is a fantastic and will absolutely meet your needs too. It is simple straightforward without complicating the basic task of how much water am i using now, per day and total.

The meter works well and seems to be fairly accurate. It is easy to use with a single button serving as power, mode, and reset. The display is easy to read. It can measure in both gallons and litres if you can figure out how to toggle between them. Turns off automatically after a short time when unused, and turns on automatically when water flow is detected. The display can also be rotated which is handy since you can install it in any orientation and won't have to be taking readings upside down or sideways. Build quality is good. The body is just plastic, but feels pretty solid. The fittings are actually brass, though, which is a big plus. If you're looking for a rough idea how much water you've put on your lawn or something similar, this should do just fine. I use mine on the water change system I use for my fish tanks to estimate how much water I am adding or removing. For that purpose, it works very well.

I have some smaller Restmo flow meters [www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BL352NXF] which I really like, but have often found myself wishing that the display would rotate as in my application monitoring gpm and flow rate at the dispending nozzle, the display is always upside down. Not a big deal, but when I saw that they have one with a rotating display, I had to try it. It is a substantial upgrade in a number of ways that I find significant.The big feature of this RESTMO Water Flow Meter is its big display dial. The characters are large and easy to read, and the display is manually rotatable into 16 different positions, each of which has a detent to hold it at the desired position. This alone would be enough to justify the purchase for me, but this unit has real brass (not brass colored aluminum) inlet AND outlet fittings. Brass is a solid and time-tested corrosion resistant material for garden hose fittings, and it holds up far better to ordinary wear and tear, and better resists cross-threading, than either plastic or aluminum. And as if that were not enough improvements, the back of the case has a tool free threaded cover with sealing O-ring to make changing the supplied CR2032 lithium battery quick and easy. CR2032 batteries last a long time, are far less likely to leak over time than alkaline types, are economical, and readily available. A large textured rubber button on the front of the display cycles between gallons per minute real time flow rate, gallons last use, a daily 7-day moving average, and total water consumption since last reset. You can switch the readout to liters if you prefer.I find the real time flow rate great for setting up and monitoring irrigation (sprinklers, soaker hoses and drip/spray irrigators) and for making sure that I do not exceed rated flow rates on my Deionized (DI) water tanks. The 7-day moving average is also good for keeping track of how much water is being used by each system. The consumption last use is good to see how much water was used for a project, such as washing a vehicle. The total since last reset is great for gauging my DI tanks’ performance, but is also useful for monitoring the amount of water drawn from the well (or city water system).Overall, I could not be more pleased with this Restmo water flow meter with rotating dial. It has all of the features that I was looking for- and more. I like it so much that I have already ordered another one. I highly recommend this device for your water monitoring needs.

Got it and installed battery, everything looked fine, the next day I tried to use it and the battery was dead. I replaced battery and hopefully that will be the only issue.

I have a 6 zone irrigation system that waters our small yard and also handles a lot of drip irrigation. I wanted to get an idea of how much water I was using with each run and since that system runs off my house spigot, it was easy enough to add this in.I originally tested with a 5 gallon bucket and running the hose until the meter read 5 gallons filled the bucket so it felt like this was certainly accurate enough for my purposes. I left it out for a few run cycles during the dry weather and brought it inside once I knew it was going to rain. I don't remember if this unit is weather proof or not and didn't need to chance it since my usage numbers remain pretty consistent each time my system runs. It's handy to have and I've used it with a few neighbors that have drip systems as well.I was surprised that the original battery died after about 3 weeks--and at that point, I'd only used it a couple times. I happened to have a spare of that size so easy enough to replace and I was back in business. But if you're going to be using/relying on this, definitely have a spare battery on hand. It's been a few months since I replaced it and the unit is still working so also possible it was just a weak original battery that came with the unit. But nothing's worse than when you think.... "oooo... I have just the right tool for that!" You pick it up, and the battery's dead.

I purchased this water meter for the specific purpose of cleaning and flushing my RV Black & Grey tanks. Both tanks are 23 gallon each. Seasoned RV’ers know, having the tanks full of fresh water (after dumping) creates the best case scenario for flushing the tanks completely. This is NOT a task that you want to guess at or simply rely on your tank sensors for maximum fill. I’ve tested the meter for accuracy and repeatability and it is spot on! Bottom line, do not waste your money on lesser meters, purchase the RESTMO with absolute confidence!

I got this to monitor how much water is being used for the lawn area at front / back yard, as we have 2 different garden sprinklers. I also use this to monitor how much water I am using on my many vegetables and fruit plants when I use a wand sprayer, so that I am not doing wild guesses. I like that I can switch the unit from gallon to litre as I don’t understand gallon, otherwise i would be constantly on my phone trying to figure out the various conversions.
