Great price and solution for staff to communicate with each other. Does make it it hard to have a conversation with people face to face and have to remove ear piece to hear them but product works great

Bought these for our church safety team to use. I found the earpiece to be a little quiet/low volume. The staff had already bought another set of earpieces for another brand of radios that they did not work in, but they work great in the Retevis and are louder for old deaf guys like myself LOL!

It helps my staff to manage their work better.

Ear pieces are flimsy and fall right off, also received one that looked like it was covered in ear wax! After going further I noticed some batteries were wrapped and some unwrapped so I assume I received a product that was used and returned! Not happy with this purchase. One of them is totally broken the button is coming off the side. Waste of money.

Purchased these radios for my school. We use them for dismissal, and they are very cost-effective. Now dismissal goes much faster. They are easy to use and have enough channels that if we get cross-talk, we can just move to another channel. We have had these radios for over a year now, and they are all still working great.
