These were great easy to use. My only problem was the headsets did not work or at all for about half of them, we were able to still use the walkies without them. If all the headsets worked I would have given a five star.

The Retevis RT68 Walkie Talkies with Earpiece offer moderately reliable performance, but are not well-suited for heavy-duty use. They do, however, provide good range and clear communication, which is crucial for our team's operations.There are several notable issues we've encountered. Regarding the included earpieces, half were defective out of the box, and the other half broke within a month of regular use, rendering them unusable. As for the walkie talkies themselves, three units stopped working within the first month of use. The battery also loses its charging ability after a couple of months, requiring frequent replacements. We've experienced random glitches where the devices repeat "power on" and the station number, disrupting communication. Furthermore, the clips and lanyards provided are prone to breaking easily under normal wear and tear.Overall, while the Retevis RT68 Walkie Talkies perform adequately in terms of range and communication clarity, the issues with earpieces, durability, battery life, and occasional glitches need to be addressed for improved reliability in demanding environments.

The clinic, although it is not huge - 14K+ square feet, has several alcoves, offices and walls. The walkie-talkies are working out perfectly so far.

I purchased these in 2021 to replace my older, worn, motorolla vx261s. For the price of one of those, I got a bunch of these. I had purchased more than I needed, expecting that for the price the quality of these walkies would be a significant downgrade and I would need to replace them frequently. 2024 and I have replaced 2 walkies. I run an active childcare program where these walkies see heavy use in communicating where kids are moving between buildings, to the playground, etc. They take numerous falls on grass, concrete and floors as we play with the kids, and they just keep going. Sound quality is fine, they hold charges nice. I have been very pleased with them.My only real complaint about them are the knobs are VERY touchy - it is really easy to brush the channel knob ever so slightly and end up on the wrong channel.If you are buying a walkie talkie in bulk for a program, I cannot recommend these enough!

I would suggest buying the higher end earpieces... the radios are fine... the standard earpiece was a little small.. so i ordered the nicer style from them

Bazzi‘s radio for car cruise events that we host and have had great reception and no issues. I think this was an amazing value for the money. I would recommend these to anyone who needs a lightweight and expensive way to communicate within a 1 mile radius. I only say one mile because I have not used them beyond that. They charge fast and I just charge them up the night before and rotate them through about four chargers instead of having all the chargers out at one time.
