First, this is worth every penny, made well and does its job. However, when you pull the cord out, the catch zones that allow it to stay extended are quite small and it can be difficult to stop in the right spot. You have to pull very slowly once you get to the length you need so you don’t overshoot one

Have had two of these in the metal shop for about a year and no issues. Easy to install and they function as intended. I mostly use them for ceiling drops over equipment that is away from a wall. Eliminates tripping hazards.

My storage building is 24’ deep with limited receptacles. Placed this at the far end of the building near the door and eliminated the need for extension cords. Use it almost daily. Great purchase!

This is going to be a great way to easily and neatly store cords off of the floor and always be able to find the extension cord when you need it. I would recommend this product for many different reasons.So far it seems to have the quality that I would have expected.
