We provide pairing instructions for easy install. please ensure your original remote matches exactly or this will not work and you will be responsible for the amazon enforced restock fee if opened. We can order remotes for the other model bases from Reverie but they are not interchangeable. If your buttons don't match those in the picture exactly this remote will not work and you need to view our other listings. We include directions for easy syncing and ship the same or next day!

Shipped fast, provided instructions for pairing to the bed was accurate, took all of a minute to locate the pairing button and have the remote paired. Didn't encounter any issues

The remote came in sooner than expected as the seller upgraded the delivery for free. Instructions were very clear to setup. One thing I noticed was when looking at the battery compartment. The far left slot the top connector must have gotten jostled a bit during delivery so the battery was touching the lead correctly. Once I adjusted that by pushing it forward a bit through the top opening. I was able sync it to the bed.

I order this item and it didn’t work. When I requested a return, they sent instructions on how to fix it. These did not work either. I returned the item through Amazon and they deducted $24.51 from what I paid for a restocking fee.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Shipped Fast, packaged securely and came with step by step instructions on how to sync it to my adjustable base. I was relieved when it came as my adjustable base makes life so much easier for me as a disabled person.It still took me a few minutes because I kept misreading the directions (that’s on me), so make sure you don’t do what I did. DO push the buttons on the remote to synch it will the control box lights are flashing. I kept doing it after they flashed and it wouldn’t synch.

This was a replacement for a Verlonadjustable bed. This was exactly the same model that originally came with the bed. It syched up very easily!

Reverie as a company is awful. I tried to reach them in the past for other issues and had no luck. When the remote stopped working, I didn’t even bother going to Reverie. Ordered right from SaltLakeMattress. Arrived quickly with instructions to set up. Worked perfectly. Hopefully I won’t need another remote for this bed, but if I do I would buy from them again.
