It worked just as well as the previous one and set up was easy. A little pricey but it worked.. it had scratches on it so it could have been refurbished.

I was so happy to find this remote control on Amazon, as the company I had purchased the bed from is no longer open. The remote works great and arrived two days early. Highly recommend this company and remote.

Found exact remote I needed for my bed which was stuck in the up position. My original order was delayed and somehow lost. I contacted the seller directly and was offered a refund or replacement which would be sent priority mail. I chose replacement and advised if I did get 2nd remote to ship back. Remote came couple days later and easy instructions on how to reprogram. Works great . Great response from the seller.

This remote came with a new (expensive) Reverie bed purchase that was going to be my last bed. I'm not young or wealthy. It broke in 20 months and they won't stand behind it. I just learned their product is warrantied for 30 days only. I'd call the price impressive considering the quality and if you want your bed to be operable, you need to keep buying these remotes. Considering it's a throw away consumer product, I'll take that money and buy a new bed from a different manufacturer to avoid periodic remote purchases that they won't stand behind. Too bad, I kinda liked the bed. Matthew Phillips Akron OH.
