I tested within a couple days of receiving the RFID blocking cards. I put the blocking card next to my credit card and tried to tap & pay - NO GO. Then took the blocking card away and tapped as usual with my credit card and it processed. So far I would say these do what they are advertised to do. Just remember that you are exposed anytime your CC's are away from the blocking card....so don't linger, tap & go and quickly put your CC back into your wallet. Too many bad actors out there.

I put it in my wallet , I only just received it. I gave a few of them to my daughters and my mom. It’s one of those things I don’t know how to tell if it works. I’m hoping it does. With my faraday products such as a bag and box they have the gold mesh paper in it, I know that’s the material they use and I’m sure they work. I would recommend it. I don’t know if you can test it like the emf I have a reader. I’ll try that and update

I feel so much safer with this I my wallet. Its the size of a regular credit card. I put two in my wallet for extra protection. So far I haven't had any issues. Great price.

Our credit card was hacked when we went on our vacation, so we were looking for something to help protect our credit cards. I read numerous reviews on RFID blocking cards and this one sounded the best because it had two forms of protection. I bought one pack for us and one pack for my sister. My sister and l have both since tested them out at stores with tappers at the checkout. We tried putting the RFID/NFC blocking card over the front of the credit card, and then behind the credit card and tried using the tapper, and it would not work either way. As soon as we removed the RFID/NFC blocking card, we were able to use the tapper without any problem. We were both highly impressed! Knowing there are crooks out there who are actually able to scan our cards while they are in our purses or wallets; it’s very comforting to know I have this kind of quality protection for my credit cards. Of course, it’s always good to use common sense and I have since learned to buy gas at stations that have tappers or go inside to pay, as well as using tappers whenever possible at stores rather than inserting cards. I would highly recommend these!

It does seem to have an antenna and some sort chip in the card. It also has a layer of aluminum foil which should help block a skimmer. I'm going to test the card at a gas pump with the credit card between the pump and the blocking card and see what happens. I'll write another review and tell the results.
