Zero install issues, put a dab of super glue on either side and it fit perfect into the slot.

I've been around since the first introduction of the R-Hop, so i've been through all the sanding and cutting before. It took a lot of effort, especially without tools. Bu as a consequence, i've seen a lot of installs before and I can tell you that this fit my old ZCI 6.02 barrel perfectly. It is perfectly, and I mean perfectly, flush with the inner and outer diameter. Buy with confidence and well done to Elvish Tac.

No problem with installation and no need to sand it outside on inside the tube. Use it in my Krytac and MTW.
