Played by pushing the button or by traditional handbell technique. Best choice for young kids, special needs groups or seniors with limited mobility.

These are so fun! Well worth the money. I love that they can either be shook/rang for sound, or tapped. Good quality and the rainbow colors really help visually with sales. They have a good sound and are mostly in tune.

I ordered the extended sets of bells because I wanted to be able to supply a large group of people, each with his/her own bell. We had a great time playing the Christmas carols on these bells. If you check Etsy, there is some music available for the exact bell set. Be careful to pay attention to which bll set you have because not all music matches the colors of this bell set. (I learned the hard way and accidentally bought some music that didn’t match the colors of this bells set- wasted money since digital downloads are non😕-refundable..)

I bought these bells so my first grade class could play them for Veterans Day and Christmas. They are made a little differently than the ones I have seen before. These can be played on a tabletop or held and rung. I love how the spring in the clapper is covered. It is a lot less tempting to my little friends.

These bells are perfect for children of all ages. They are so beautiful and durable with a lovely clear tone. (These are not bell-choir quality, but perfect for everyday family and group use.) The children enjoy playing them all year long, but especially at Christmastime. Sometimes we let each person have one or two bells, and we all make music together - each playing as their note comes up - ringing them like hand bells. Sometimes we line them up on the table where one person can play an entire song all by themselves using them as desk bells.

The price was amazing and the bells sound wonderful. My family immediately, including the every too busy 18 year old, began to play with them. We played several songs that I had alreay recievd the sheet music for handbells for. I bought these for my Primary Music Leader calling in church. Howevery, 4 months later I was called into another auxillary and did not have a chance to let the kids play with them. But my family will enjoy them.

Overall, it works fine and it is a good beginner's set. We used to teach and introduce the bells to the children and they enjoyed it. Although, I would prefer to buy plain colors because I didn't want the children to memorize the colors but to learn how to read the notes, but due to our budget limitation, we ended up buying 2 sets. The sound of the bells are pretty good.

Our family has been blessed by the beautiful music from these bells. Our children quickly learned Joy to the world, by it's melody, with a simple color coded chart I made for them from colored printer paper with each word of the song written on the corresponding bell color. We have a few keys to chose from like C, E, D and G. Some of which have more range in the scale than others. All in all, I am fully satisfied with these bells and so thankful that I finally purchased these. My children range in age from 12 down to 4 and the youngest gets the fewest notes but is so excited when her turn comes. I would recommend these for any family or group whether musically challenged or professional. Only one of my 6 children has any musical experience. Yet they were all able to pick up, enjoy and even desire to play these bells. Lastly the option of being able to ring the bell from a standing position has just multiplied the options. They can't quiet the ring on their shoulder because of the stand's frame, but that hasn't been a problem for us.

I LOVE this handbell set!!!! They are perfect for my homeschool music curriculum. I love that you can either ring them, or push the button on the handle to play them. That makes it possible for them to play songs easily by themselves as well as in a group. I LOVE that they are color coded. Even my younger kids can easily play songs that I print out with color coded notes. It has been particularly fun this last couple of weeks playing Christmas songs, but they have been used and loved for the last three months. Even my one year old toddler has had fun ringing them. I am happy that I bought the full set, because there are many songs that use more than the basic 8 notes. This is probably my favorite purchase of the last year based on the use and enjoyment we have gotten out of them. Totally worth it.
